Project Overview
Dua Daily is a modern Islamic mobile application designed to make daily supplications easily accessible through a simple, elegant, and user-friendly experience. The primary goal was to encourage users to build a consistent spiritual routine while ensuring quick access to authentic duas in a clean and calming environment
The Problem
Many Islamic apps contain cluttered interfaces, excessive features, or inconsistent navigation that distract users from their primary purpose. Finding the right dua quickly and maintaining a daily habit often becomes difficult due to poor organization and overwhelming layouts.
Research & Insight
Research into popular Islamic applications revealed that users value simplicity, readability, and organized content above all else. A minimal interface, clear categorization, and calming visual design significantly improve the overall user experience and encourage regular engagement.
Design Decisions
Clean and minimal interface for distraction-free reading
Soft color palette to create a calm and peaceful experience
Well-organized dua categories for quick navigation
Clear typography with excellent readability
Key Challenge
Designing an interface that balances rich Islamic content with a clean, modern user experience while maintaining readability, accessibility, and ease of navigation for users of all ages.
Outcome
The final design delivers a modern and intuitive Islamic experience that makes daily duas easy to discover, read, and revisit. The streamlined interface encourages consistent usage while providing a visually calming environment that enhances users' spiritual journey.
