Project Overview
Melodify is a modern music streaming application crafted to provide users with a clean, immersive, and enjoyable listening experience. The primary objective was to design an interface that makes discovering, organizing, and playing music effortless while maintaining a visually appealing and user-friendly experience.
The Problem
Many music applications present users with cluttered interfaces, inconsistent navigation, and overwhelming content, making it difficult to quickly discover songs, playlists, or artists. The challenge was to simplify the user journey without sacrificing functionality.
Research & Insight
Research into popular music streaming platforms revealed that users value quick access to favorite content, personalized recommendations, intuitive navigation, and an immersive visual experience. A minimal interface combined with clear information hierarchy significantly improves engagement and usability.
Design Decisions
Clean and minimal interface to reduce distractions
Personalized home screen with recommended playlists
Simple bottom navigation for quick access
Modern card-based layout for albums and playlists
