ProSphere is a career-focused mobile application that streamlines the job search experience through a clean, intuitive interface. The goal was to eliminate unnecessary complexity, helping users discover relevant jobs, manage applications, and track their career progress with confidence.
The Problem
Many job platforms overwhelm users with cluttered interfaces, irrelevant listings, and lengthy application processes. These issues often discourage job seekers and make finding suitable opportunities more time-consuming than necessary.
Research & Insight
Research into leading recruitment platforms revealed that users value three key elements: personalized job recommendations, a fast and simple application process, and clear visibility into application status. Building trust through an intuitive and organized experience was essential.
Design Decisions
Clean and minimal interface for effortless navigation
Personalized job recommendations based on user preferences
Streamlined application flow with fewer steps
Organized dashboard for tracking saved jobs and applications
Key Challenge
Designing a job search experience that balances powerful career tools with a simple, distraction-free interface, making it accessible for both first-time job seekers and experienced professionals.
